Our school is offering a Culinary II class this year and I would like to add supplies to help meet the objectives of the course. The supply list I have created provides some basic equipment that is essential when working in the foodservice industry. Having cleaning and sanitation buckets, rags, and gloves are essential. I have also added some kitchen equipment that will help to expand what we currently have available for lab use. Having sharp knifes and nonslip cutting boards will allow students to practice their knife skills and work safely in the kitchen. I would like to add a few restaurant quality skillets that can go from the stovetop to the oven.
