Our 6th grade classroom library has always been the pride of CPCS Middle School, and the main reason so many of our students have come to love reading over the years. Unfortunately, with all that time and love, our library has become heavily depleted, with most of the more popular titles either missing or destroyed due to overuse. Our school can replace some of the books, but without a major overhaul, we can't offer the vast array of genres and topics that young readers thrive on. This is where we need your help! With a classroom iPad, we could inventory all the books digitally and offer a more organized and responsive checkout system to keep track of our library books. It would also allow us to provide students with books on their individual reading levels and maintain more accurate records of their reading selections. And even more importantly, we'd be able to build our digital and audio offerings! With more books on more platforms, everyone wins! Thank you!
