These dry-erase markers and composition notebooks will help my students make their math classroom both efficient and effective. They will use them to work on math problems together on whiteboard. This will allow them to share their thinking and to criticize each others' work. They will learn to communicate their thinking effectively by working on white boards. The notebooks will let them organize their notes in a way that they can use later. We will take notes that they can refer back to when taking tests or working on homework. I know that they will feel proud to have these handed to them on day one.
