I chose to create a coping skills box for all the classes utilizes the storage bin as the container to hold all the items. The washable markers will be used with the dry erase board for expression of feelings through writing or art. The book rings will be used to hold calming strategy cards. The pencils and construction paper will be used to assist students in identifying their emotions and plotting them on the mood meter. With calming boxes students will have tools need to self regulate anywhere on campus. The goal is to create 26 bins to be spread throughout the school for students use.
