Reading is something I encourage in my classroom. My students are so excited to pick up a book and they become even more excited when they begin to figure out words! With these new books, I can update my classroom library. Not only do we read in class, but students look forward to picking out a book or two to take home for the night. We keep a reading log with each student’s books they have read. My students are excited to fill up theirs logs - they often ask for multiple books to take home. Help me to continue to spark a fire for the love of reading.
