Classrooms are appealing to children when they are colorful snd stimulating. Flexible seating options do just that. Research has shown that children benefit from movement during the day. Stability ball chairs will give them a means to move while they complete tasks as they are sitting. Wobble seats are stimulating for children without causing disruptions to other children. Floor seating is yet another option for children to work comfortably on the floor. At this time, I do not have alternative seating in my classroom but would love to begin the process of offering it in my classroom. I am positive it will bring amazing results!
