  • Flexible Seating for a Busy Mind and Body

    Funded Nov 30, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation, we are so very thankful for your support! My students are loving our new flexible seating chairs and tables. The students are eager and willing to learn daily with unique seating options.

Our new seat cushions are used on traditional chairs, or even as cushions to sit on the floor. The floor tables are a huge hit in our classroom! The kids love to find all places in the classroom to sit anywhere and everywhere!

Our flexible seating options extend to more than just 3rd graders! I have reading group students from 1st grade through 4th grade benefit as well!

We are so grateful for you and your support!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Wood

  • Junior High Achievement Incentives!!

    Funded Aug 26, 2021

Thank you so much for funding my project, Junior High Achievement Incentives! My junior high students (6th grade-8th grade) come to my class to work on reading, writing and math. The most important part of my class is that my students work at their own independent levels. They get to set their own goals, track their own growth and strive to become grade level, or continue to work above grade level.

To keep my students motivated, I requested incentives for my students to keep them focused and on track to achieve their goals. The students were so excited when we received the incentives. All of the grades were so driven to achieve their goals to be able to choose out of the incentive box.

Thank you again for helping my students achieve and surpass their academic goals!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Wood

My junior high students have the unique experience of having an entire class dedicated to their individual Math and ELA learning levels. These students will be setting achievable goals to better their IXL diagnostic scores, as well as working on skills related to their core content classes. When students achieve their goals, they will have the opportunity to choose from our incentive box. The students have a variety of interests, thus we would love a variety of incentives. It is important for students to be rewarded for their hard work!
