  • Amazing Counseling Tools Needed for New 9th Graders!

    I cannot thank you enough for your support of students here at Bronx Design and Construction Academy. The students and I would like to thank all those that contributed to helping "The whole student" !

    Counseling Sessions have been more impactful and effective using the Legos, cards dominoes and other requested tools. It has been helpful when students needed to deescalate, relax and be grounded.

    Countless students share their gratefulness everyday for the items and support.

    This experience has allowed students to have an easier experience while getting to know me during counseling sessions , allowing their emotional needs and more to be met. Thank you for facilitating this and allowing students to concentrate on their academic success.”

  • Welcoming 9th Graders to High School!!

    I cannot thank you enough for your support of students here at Bronx Design and Construction Academy. The students and I would like to thank all those that contributed to helping "The whole student" ! The food items provided came in handy when students could not afford to eat breakfast or needed a pick up me up throughout the day. It was one less thing students had to worry about thanks to you!

    Counseling Sessions have been more impactful and effective using the tools that were requested. It has been helpful when students needed to deescalate, relax and be grounded.

    Students have been able to to develop and improve personal hygiene due to deodorant and sanitary napkins that have been provided. It has promoted as well as increased positive self image, positive self-esteem and aided in improving their well-being.

    Countless students share their gratefulness everyday for the items and support.

    This experience has allowed students to have their basic needs met and allowed them to concentrate on their academic success.”
