I teach music to the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders at a rural california school. Many of my students can read some music and I'm working on the rest to get them up and running for our recorder program! My goal this year, however, is to teach them chording and rhythm! I play guitar for them all the time and they are so interested in learning to play as well, but, the younger students need a smaller, easier instrument to begin on. My dream is to have a class set of ukuleles and begin there. Please help me acquire 32 classroom ukuleles for this school year! Thank you SO much!!
