  • Help Us During Cold and Flu Season!

    I work in Nevada R-V School district with around 115 8th grade students each day. The past couple of months we have had a lot of students out with sickness. We have been completely out of kleenex and Germ-x for 3 months. This package has helped my students and I so much. They are very excited to not have to use paper-towels or to go to the restroom and can get the supplies they need in the classroom instead. The amount that was donated will last us the rest of the school year and probably next year as well. It has been so nice to not have to worry about providing supplies for my students.”

  • Let's Continue Learning In Person!

    We are so thankful to have an air purifier in our classroom. It is one of the ways I am trying to keep my students safe during the pandemic. The students were very excited when it arrived and set it up in my classroom! While they spend their time in my room they are able to breath clean, ventilated air which is a huge relief. We are working on math daily and are very excited to continue to do hands on activities and learn in person. Thank you again to all of the donors, I could not have done it without your help.”

    This classroom project was brought to life by #TeachHealthy with Nature Made and one other donor.
My students could greatly benefit from added iPads in our classroom. We currently use technology in my classroom around once a month when it is available. These Ipads would help us in many ways. The apps available for the students allow us to connect mathematics and technology to students' everyday lives. I would love to allow these students to record their thoughts via Ipad and share how to do math problems with me using their visual and auditory skills. This could be a new form of assessment in our classroom. I want my classroom to use technology available to help them prepare for a world that is constantly changing and adapting to new ideas and innovations. I truly believe that technology allows students to stay more engaged in the classroom and I would love to help my students be as successful as possible!
