I have 6 students with autism and other behavior-based disabilities. They all are so very smart and eager to learn. They all have very unique talents. Most of my students come from situations that will not afford them many opportunities. I feel it is my responsibility to do all I can to provide them with a solid educational foundation in kindergarten, so they may have the tools to succeed as they transverse the education process especially with the burden of their disability.
