Just like adults, students need to be able to move and be comfortable. Flex-Space Comfy Chairs and Floor Seats will empower my students to take ownership of their classroom and learning. By giving students a variety of seating options, they will be able to choose a location where they can be the most productive. Students who utilize flexible seating options tend to stay more focused and on-task. This will ultimately lead to improved concentration, engagement and focus. Research has shown that with a variety of seating options, collaboration improves. Flexible seating allows students to quickly and easily pair up, work in small groups or participate in discussions as a whole class. Flexible classrooms provide students with the opportunity to learn in a creative and adaptable learning environment, similar to the collaborative feel of a modern workspace. Classrooms that are set up with flexible seating provide students with an exciting and enriching environment. This type of classroom will allow for greater collaboration where students are actively learning and engaged.
