  • Reading Rug!

    Funded Nov 28, 2024

Thank you so much for supporting our classroom and most of all our students! We love our kids and want the best for them.

We appreciate you being a part of our team and providing them with a clean comfy space for reading.

Thanks so much Mrs. Combs and Mrs. Brewer

First grade team at East Perry!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

  • Students Serving the Community Cancer Center

    Funded Oct 6, 2023

This was one of the most amazing and rewarding classroom to community projects that we have ever done.

The students enjoyed putting the quilts together and they also enjoyed working together.

We also organized the quilts into gift bags and wrote letters of support for the cancer center patients.

The cancer center charge nurse wrote us a lovely letter of thanks for all the quilts the students created and donated.

Again this was just a wonderful experience all the way around.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

  • Spring Seedlings!

    Funded May 1, 2023

My students loved the Spring Seedlings project!

Everything arrived just as we expected and there were a variety of seeds and pots. There was more than enough to teach several classes and the students were able to take them home and plant them.

We started in the high school and worked through the grade school planting seeds!

I think the favorite seeds by far were the sunflowers.

Parents have shared photos to me over the summer and these are the photos I plan to share with you!”

    With gratitude,

  • Student Photography Club

    Funded Mar 29, 2022

We certainly appreciate your very thoughtful gift for our students. They really enjoy photography and they enjoy printing photos as well.

Unfortunately this summer we were met with a disaster of a flood.

We have experienced a total destruction of our interior of the school and all of the materials including the photography supplies were washed away.

Even though the supplies were washed away we still appreciate that you thought enough of our project to fund our request.

We really appreciate anyone who supports our kids in their endeavors.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

  • Student iPad Air for Photography Program

    Funded Jul 20, 2021

Super Excited! That's how I describe my students reaction when they received their new I-pad air for their photography project!

As their teacher, I am also glad to have a nice case to protect their new technology.

These students have already enjoyed taking, processing, and editing their photos and they are excited to assist with a variety of photo projects around the school!

This particular I-pad and case is top of the line technology and would have been cost prohibitive for us otherwise.

    Great Job donors!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

  • Apple Pencil!

    Funded May 6, 2021

Technology is a must have in our classrooms. We are so excited to receive an apple pencil to use for a variety of projects.

The students are enjoying sketching and production of a variety of projects using their new device accessory.

The Apple Pencil has been a real blessing and my students have definitely enjoyed it.

Also, because of the cost of the accessory it would have otherwise been cost prohibitive.

We are glad to have donors like you that see the importance and value of putting technology in the hands of students.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

  • Distance Learning Classroom From Home!

    Funded May 25, 2020

We are currently working, teaching and learning virtually and online through google classroom. I am very fortunate to have sponsorship to have uplifting materials to encourage my students during this new process.

I feel like my students enjoy the motivational posters and the positive message it sends.

Even though school looks a little different this year; it can still be fun, creative, exciting and always very positive!

Thank you for making our virtual/distance learning even better!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

  • iPad for Documentation of Creative Leadership Initiatives!

    Funded Jun 5, 2019

Our leadership students have really enjoyed their new I-pad. They have been using it to document their leadership programs, such as Student Senate, Teaching Learning and Leadership, and in their entrepreneurial program.

In Student Senate, we will be creating an I-Movie for public presentation at our Fall and Spring Summit; as well as, using it for podcasts and photo documentation.

Teaching Learning and Leadership classes are using it to create school wide décor and themes, and will be using it for college work as well.

The entrepreneurs are connecting the I-pad to the Cricut machine to create tee-shirt designs as well as themes for classrooms and hallways.

Finally they use the I-pad to document all their student work with photos, for social media!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. BREWER

Our Student Leadership team serves the entire K-12 school. They host a variety of student lead initiatives each year. They work on Peer tutoring teams, Service Learning, Thanksgiving and Christmas drives to serve others, and so much more. Each year they serve in a number of creative activities and they would love to have equipment to document their success stories so they may share and inspire others! An iPad would allow students to create photographic and video collections of their program and allow them to go out and share with others. Their goal is to encourage others to become leaders in their own schools.
