StoryWalks engage students in reading as they enjoy the outdoors and physical activity. The books will support our Positivity Project character traits such as bravery, kindness, honesty, etc. Pages of picture books will line our playground fences, engaging readers in an unexpected environment. The pages will be mounted on the yard signs and attached to our fences, or placed in the ground. Books will be changed out every 3-4 weeks to maintain interest. This playground is open to the community on the weekends so families can also enjoy the stories and the positive messages.
