Being able to pull out such enticing items as the STEM challenge kits, magnet sets, science specimen center, and paints would encourage my students to explore and learn while having fun! These items will promote conversation, discovery and imagination as well! So many students flock to such activities as Lego sets and play dough during indoor recess and they would enjoy the design and engineering kits as well as art supplies which will foster and support critical thinking too. As these are items that I wouldn't be able to purchase on my own, I want to thank you for considering my project, and for the impact you could have on over 80 awesome second graders!
