AP Computer Science Conference

I want to first start off by thanking you for your financial contribution. You have helped me learned so many beneficial things from my computer science conference in Indiana. WIthout your help and such generous support teachers like myself would not have a chance to further improve and enhance their teaching skills, methodologies, and techniques.

The conference was focused on teaching the current computer science curriculum to computer science teachers from all over the united states. Each day we covered two units from the computer science curriculum going through it first as students and then learning how we as teachers should deliver the information to our students. We learned how to code multiple languages--including Scratch and Processing. We learned how and why project-based learning is essential for student learning--especially in a computer science class.

Most importantly, we learned from each other. Working side by side with teachers all across America has taught me so much and improved my classes tremendously. I am forever grateful for your support of teachers which directly benefits my students now and forever.”
