• Tools for Learning

  We received some really amazing items to help us become successful this year. We got brand new stylus that help us move answers when we are doing our programs on the tablet.

  We also got some amazing base 10 materials that help us with place value. My children are visual learners so these materials are so important to help them be successful at learning new material.

• Math Manipulatives for Learning

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to our projects.

  My boys love using their new math kids. We have been super successful with adding on the number line. We loved making tens with the counters. We have a lot of tools that we will will use during the rest of the year.

  I can't explain how the children love their new box of tools. They are always asking if we need to use our tool, even if it is a topic that we don't have tools for.

• Visual Help

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to my project. We are learning so much with our new visuals.

  Every morning we use our new math boards to learn place value everyday. We are learning how to exchange ones for longs or tens. The children are really loving to do this and are starting to correct me if I do it "wrong".

  This has been an amazing tool to use in my classroom. We get to use this because of generous donors like you.

• Virtual Concert

  We loved being able to interact with Jack Hartmann. The look on the kids faces when they realized he was speaking to them was priceless. We have watched his videos so when he called their names it was amazing. They also videotaped it for us so we can rewatch it whenever we want.

  We had a blast at our personal concert with Jack Hartmann, without you this would have never been a reality.”

• Looking at Learning

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. This project was for a magnetic board. It was so easy to set up, we literally took it out of the box, opened the board, adjusted the legs and the board was ready to be used.

  We took all the index cards with our high-frequency words and put magnets on the back. We then put them on the board in order that they were taught. Now the children have an interactive board to help them read and write sight words.

• Keeping Our Printer Safe

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom. Donors Choose is so amazing and was able to give our classroom a printer. We wanted to keep our printer safe with a nice cart. We looked at the Donors Choose partners and found an amazing cart.

  Donors Choose came through again! Our cart was super easy to put together and fits nicely in the back of the room. It stores the printer paper and the ink we received from another project. Everything is nice and neat plus it will be kept safe.

• Printing for Learning

  Thank you so much for the printer for our classroom. It has been amazing to be able to just print things that our classroom.

  The children were super excited when they saw the new printer in the classroom. We have used the printer for sheets that we need to help us learn new material. We can also print sheets to enhance our lessons. It is nice to have a copy machine in the classroom again.

• Printing Supplies

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom. We have a great new ELA program but I only have enough books for the children on their grade. I am teaching a K/1 class this year, so having a printer / copier in the classroom to print copies of sheets to help the children based on their needs is extremely helpful. I can not thank you enough for the printer and the ink that has been donated to my classroom. The children will also have access to the printer to use as they need to. Thank you again.”

  We don't know what is going to happen this year, will we remain in school will we have to go remote. I am trying to find various materials that will help guide my students learning. We have a lot of great books to use with our students that will hep them soar to new reading levels.

• Tools for Remote Learning

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. It has been such a crazy year. Items we asked for in our project were not in stock. I know every state is struggling for materials to use while teaching at home.

  I got some amazing guided reading books that I have been using online with my kids. I know what value they would have brought to using them in a small group but I have been using them 1:1 while we are remote.
