Feeding the Library Within

My students and I are very grateful for your generous donations. The high interest books that you provided have captured the interest and intrigued students of all levels. For the first time, many of them are reading at home because they don't want to wait for class to read their books.

Some groups have started Literature circles in which they read together. The books are providing great high level discussions, and even writing assignment grades have improved because when they enjoy reading, they enjoy writing about it. It was your donations that provided the classroom library that has encouraged many students to read who otherwise may not have had the desire. ”
