At our school, we carry the conviction that the most efficient and significant reading growth occurs when students love what they are reading. Guided reading instruction provides targeted attention to students at their reading level. Our Bookroom lacks a variety of guided reading material in the level L-Y range. Your donation will strengthen our Bookroom library by providing books more representative of diverse student cultural backgrounds, interests, and reading levels. High-quality guided reading materials will help get all students reading on or above grade level. High quality reading instruction requires high quality texts. Our students deserve and need these materials to unlock their literacy potential. With your support,​ we will have the appropriate leveled texts necessary to provide effective individualized instruction to best meet the needs of our students.
