  • Cancel Our Uniform Violations!

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

Thank you again for your generous contribution. The students who were having challenges paying for ties can now confidently walk through the building in complete uniform without worrying about receiving a uniform violation.

When a student attends school without being in complete uniform can add to the challenges that teens face daily. Their appearance around their friends is super important and the extra added support of being able to blend in is one of the things that is important to them. Thank you again.”

    With gratitude,

  • Help Support Food Insecurity

    Funded Nov 17, 2023

Thank you so much for your support and generosity. It was much appreciated by all of the students who benefitted from the resources. We all know the importance of being able to have basic needs met during a time when so many others are trying to make ends meet as well.

The students were able to get what they needed in order to feel apart of their inner circles and not have to worry about feeling left out. Students were able to come together and thrive just because a simple and basic need was met.”

    Funded Mar 30, 2023

Thank you so much for your generosity and the resources will be put to great use. This will be a wonderful project for our students. We appreciate this donation as you could have donated to any other project. We look forward to creating some wonderful memories with our elementary students.”

  • It's Time to Let Off Some S.T.E.A.M.

    Funded Apr 28, 2021

The students really enjoyed the resources they were sent. This gave them an opportunity use their critical thinking skills and learn to collaborate with other students. Often time, students who are introverts tend to prefer to work in small groups or with a partner. The excitement on their faces as they turned the task into a competition is where it go interesting. The students held each other accountable for each of their roles from putting the cars together, painting them, and doing an overall presentation about working together to complete the job at hand.”

  • College Bound Begins in Elementary School!

    Funded Nov 30, 2022

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. The students will definitely benefit from the resources and will continue to be "College Bound". The students are excited about writing and tell the most amazing creative stories with such enthusiasm. They will continue to become great readers as we continue this journey.”

  • Student Support During Synchronous Learning

    Funded Dec 22, 2021

The items donated allowed us to give students students some of the basic items needed while they continued learning at home during the pandemic. The resources were used for personal hygiene and nourishment as some students were in need and we were able to support them.

As some students returned to school, those same resources were shared with them to combat hunger and other personal situations students encounter. To witness boxes of goodies being opened and knowing the supplies were to help meet their needs was another way of them knowing that someone cared was awesome to witness.”

  • Nourish the Mind and Body

    Funded Oct 26, 2022

Thank you so much for your generosity and support. These items will definitely help the students as they may need a snack due to hunger during the day or while in after school tutoring to help curb their appetite. You definitely made an impact! We definitely appreciate your kindness during the pandemic.”

  • There's More Than One Way to Get the Right Answer!

    Funded Dec 29, 2021

There was a huge impact on our students academics with the donated. Students were able to work independently in their own space. They were confident enough to make an effort, even if their responses were incorrect. They looked forward to using the resources in our after school tutoring program.

The students were able to participate in meaningful dialogue with their peers and challenge each other to push their thinking. The resources will be used during our summer school program, which will make an even greater impact.”

    With gratitude,

  • The Art of Organization!

    Funded May 6, 2021

Thank you so much for your generous donations. The students have enjoyed the supplies as they are more organized, jotting down important information, and staying on top of their academics. I was able to meet with students to do an overview of the planners and how to be efficient and intentional with note-taking and identify their priorities, and outline any subject that they have concerns with in order to get the needed support. The students are able to articulate what they have learned daily and able to put things in their own words.”

These bins will hold games and resources in the positive behavior room where they will get a chance to relax when positive behavior is displayed consistently. Students will be able to earn time out of the classroom to take a mental break. Students will learn how to build positive relationships with other students while working on projects, playing competitive games, and developing strategies for conflict resolution in and out of the classroom. The students will have a place to call their own, but they know that the entry is through positive behavior. When students are able to get rewarded for their behavior there is a greater chance that they will be consistent in their positive actions
