Another special education teacher and I are coming together to create a new learning space for our students. We have joined forces to not only create a warm and inviting atmosphere for them to learn, but we are also recreating how special education looks in our school. We are moving to a new location with much more room, where we plan to group students in new ways to encourage them to grow as confident and independent learners. Our students need a fresh start after a difficult year where they can take charge of their learning back in the classroom.
