I want to take the time to sincerely express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation to my Girls Club. You will never know the names of the young girls you are helping, but you certainly put a big smile on their faces!
Your support and help has made it possible for our girls club to continue our efforts into shaping and empowering young girls to not only feel confident, but also realizing that they are here for a purpose and can accomplish their dreams.

In a world where gender expectations still play a significant role in defining young people’s lives, a girls program is crucial to the healthy development and growth of young women. Investing energy and resources into girls is not a fruitless endeavor. Educating and empowering girls ripples out into the community and benefits everyone. Your donation of providing scented pencils that the girls can sell at school will help support our club in various projects (and perhaps, a field trip) that coordinate with building self-confidence and self-esteem. Girls who are engaged in positive, girl only programs, are more likely to complete school, attend college, serve their communities, and reach their potential for future success than their peers who engage in risky behavior.
