Our math curriculum is a strong foundation for our students. Alongside our curriculum, I feel it is important to present students with other opportunities to practice math skills. The resources will be utilized during our differentiated station time daily. The math folder game libraries will be non-threatening, short, fun tasks that tie into 2nd grade standards. Explain Your Reasoning resource aligns with the rigor in our math curriculum that gives students opportunities to dive deeper into the why of math. Our littles need to be given opportunities for fun, real world applications of what we are teaching in the classroom.
