My Kindergarten students walk through the door each day eager to learn and ready to be challenged. My students come from diverse backgrounds, some of them don't receive much exposure to technology. My students will benefit from this technology not only this year, but for years to follow. As an educator who is passionate about the academic growth and achievement of every one of my students, I feel it is necessary that students are supplied with every opportunity possible to advance in today's rapidly changing world of education and technology. The tablets that I am requesting for this project would give my students additional opportunities to enhance learning throughout the day. The tablets will help with both literacy and math. It is no secret that kids LOVE technology and these tablets would help make their day even brighter.
