Snake Boy Can Inspire the Love of Reading!!!!

Thank you so much for my books. I am truly speechless. I am in the computer lab with my classroom and checked my e-mail and screamed out with joy. The students ran up to see the e-mail that we had received the books. WE, as a class, can not thank you enough. The kids are so excited and keep asking when the books will arrive. This is truly a wonderful gesture and I am so excited to provide you feedback and photo so that you can see and hear learning in action. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Snake boy can inspire young readers!!!! I teach seventh grade in the Chicago Public Schools. I teach in a high-need community. Most of our students are English second language learners and struggle with reading. I am searching for novels to enrich their reading program. They need to be exposed to novels that they will want to read rather than watch T.V. I have done research on high interest novels for students and have found that the Cirque Du Freak novels are truly enjoyed by middle school students. Our community lacks adequate funding. Therefore, it is the students who suffer. I would love to have these box sets for the students to continue reading and loving what they are reading!!!!
