COVID did not give our students a chance to use scientific or engineering tools. So scientific and engineering tools for the first time will introduce the world of real science, by placing them in the shoes of scientists and engineers. The students need the chance to explore, use their imagination and build.
Some students face troubles when trying to find books that they can relate to. This is why it is important to build a library that has representation across the board.
Having students at home for over a year, many students had flexible seating options at home, a bed, couch, floor, dining room table, etc. Having options for students helps them focus in class. Having students comfortable facilitates classroom discussion, SL2.1.
