High school students are social creatures. They love to talk, share, gossip, and create. I want to capitalize on those traits and help them become better communicators and collaborators. This year in Business Law and Social Media, I want to provide safe spaces for my students to gather and debate the issues that matter to them the most. In these classes, they will research cases, choose a side, provide support for their cause, and create a social media campaign that will share their points of view with peers, student body, and community members. These stools and tall tables will provide flexible collaborative spaces for small student groups to sit or stand while they gather their data and provide evidentiary support for their decisions- while keeping them at a distance from their competing teams. When not in use for these "secret" meetings, we will use the spaces for collaboration on projects, reading, and research. Thank you for helping me provide collaborative spaces for my students that mimic the real world work spaces​ that they will see in the future.
