  • We Need Chromebooks!

    The Chromebooks were of great help to my third grade students who were learning remotely. The pandemic made learning online difficult but with proper technology we were able to make it work.

    Students that had trouble completing assignments in outdated technology we then able to thrive.

    Having devices with keyboards facilitated the writing process. Students were able to make use of the full potential of Google docs and slides. My students were to publish essays, brochures, narratives and even a comic strip.

  • We Need Desks!

    My students have been using their new desks. We are so thankful for your help. Our materials can now be readily accessible and zero instructional time is wasted by distributing, collecting and storing materials. We can new delve into all the interesting and necessary fourth grade curriculum. Feeling comfortable in our learning space is important in my classroom. Thank you for you kindness. If we are able to get desks with storage in our classroom, we could eliminate the various bookshelves that hold books, notebooks and supplies and in turn have more space for movement during transitions. In addition, students would not need to waste valuable instructional walking across the classroom to simply get their materials. These desks will make a difference in our learning since they would reduce the transition time from one subject to the next. It will also cut down on unnecessary arguments that arise from being in a classroom cluttered with extra furniture. Our goal is to learn with less interruptions.
