"This is our school family, we hold each other with love!" These are words from a five-year-old student describing our classroom community. Our school is an exceptional Public School Preschool in Chicago, serving 3-5-year-old students and their families. We provide high quality education to our diverse families, English Language Learners, and to students with Special Needs. Our classroom is filled with 32 eagar learners, half of whom have special needs. The teachers work to create a beautiful, playful environment for our students. The foundation of our classroom is cultivating a community that supports feelings, peacefully problem solves, and demonstrates compassion."I have never encountered any children in any group who are not geniuses.
