  • Chromebook and a Printer with Ink

    My students and I thank you for donating and fully funding our project "Chromebook and a Printer with Ink". For me, this was a great resource available to obtain technology for my students and give them the opportunity to learn accordingly with the current technological trend.

    Also, in many occasions we need to print important and didactic materials but our printers were unavailable preventing us to move towards our desired goal, but because of your generosity, we have a printer now. We thank you for the ink for our printers, as it makes it easier for us to do our daily work.

    My students and I were able to incorporate technology to our lessons and able to print key information, improving tremendously our conditions of learning. Each one of my students are grateful to have these tools that ensure them a productive daily school day. For us it was the best gift that a class could have had.”

Two Chromebooks will allow my student to develop their five language domains like reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension. It will help them learn through websites containing information designed to challenge English Learner students to improve their knowledge/comprehension throughout phonics, online leveled books, bilingual sites helping them tremendously to expand their cognitive knowledge and higher order thinking skills. Also, a printer with ink will allow me to have access to many resources that I can print so that I can help my students with visual aids, resources from our English Language Department stored on the internet. We'll use materials and resources more efficiently and in a faster manner.
