My Kindergarten students need a more calming classroom. Sitting under harsh, fluorescent lights adds stress and anxiety to a students day. Having light covers and calming lamps in our classroom will allow the students to feel more relaxed and ready to learn. At times throughout the day, I would love to turn the lamps on to create a relaxing ambiance to help my students to learn in a variety of ways and to feel comfortable in our classroom enviroment. Using a diffuser with a built in air purifier will enhance my students focus and attention throughout the day. The different oils would be beneficial to use in order to create various moods.
