  • Classroom Necessities

    Funded Dec 24, 2024

Thank you again so much for your generous donations to our classroom! Through your donations we are now able to have the basic materials to get us through the rest of the school year. Items like tissues and hand sanitizer might seem simple, but we use those throughout the day and now we will not have to worry about going without them!

Your donations have made this possible and for that we cannot thank you enough! I appreciate it and I know my students do as well! We are able to continue our school year with the supplies we need and that provides a lot of comfort for me knowing I can do that for my students.

    Thank you again!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Belfiore

  • Clay Day!

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to this project! Since becoming a teacher, I've wanted to be able to share my love of ceramics and sculpting with my students and introduce them to a new art form. Through the funding of this project that will now be possible, and I cannot thank you enough for assisting in making this a reality for my students now!

My students are very excited to get started on our first clay project now that we have the materials! I believe they will truly love getting to use clay to create art and I know this will be an art-making experience they will want to do over and over.

Thank you so much for making this art-learning opportunity possible for my students!!!”

    With gratitude,

  • Art Room Favorites

    Funded Mar 27, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous donations to my classroom! It means so much to me as an educator that there are people out there like you who believe in the wonders of education enough to help support what we try to teach in the classrooms.

My students were extremely excited to learn that we were receiving new supplies! Seemingly simple materials like new rulers and erasers were happily used as soon as they arrived. Over 400 students circulate through the art room weekly, so we all get to a certain point in the year where our materials are getting low and well-used. This restock was able to supply us with those materials that we use up quickly and we couldn't thank the donors enough for their generosity!”

  • Art Room Restock

    Funded Aug 1, 2023

Thank you again so much for your generous donations to our classroom! My students and I truly appreciate your willingness to give to help support our art class.

With these materials, we are able to give each student a chance to use new materials to create works of art, instead of always having to reuse items over and over again. Over 400 students move in and out of the art room, so materials go quickly and restocking is much needed as the school year goes by. Each students is so deserving of having the best art experience possible, and through your donations we were able to make that happen!

    Thanks again!”

  • Art Supply Restock!

    Funded Dec 24, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations!

As an art room that sees over 400 students a year, we go through and use a lot of materials quickly. Being able to use your donations to restock our everyday supplies like crayons, markers, and paint has eased the burden of trying to find supplies elsewhere or pay for them myself. It also gives my students a chance to continue making art without interruption or delay due to lack of supplies. This also gives my students a chance to try out some new materials that they don't often get the chance to use.

Thank you again for your help in maintaining a creative and vibrant art room for my students. They are beyond deserving of an art education that provides creative learning opportunities for them, and your donations have helped immensely with that!”

  • Art Room Rewards

    Funded Jan 14, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom! We are constantly using and sharing supplies between 400 students, so being able to receive new ones has helped us out greatly in our art room.

My students are always wanting to try out new supplies, so this was a great opportunity for them to try things out and also build some excitement and interest into what we are creating. With it getting closer to the end of the school year, it can be difficult to maintain engagement in the classroom, but the new supplies has really helped greatly.

Thank you again for the donations, my students and I appreciate the help so much!”

  • Much Needed New Art Supplies!

    Funded Aug 12, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom! We are already busy at work using our new materials.

My students were so excited to see an entire box of Mr. Sketch markers that they were able to use. Not only are those markers great quality for coloring, but they also enjoying smelling each of the flavors as well. The twistable colored pencils were also such an exciting material to unveil, because we were down to our last box on those and the students always love using them.

We are so grateful for our new supplies and plan to continue to create new and exciting art projects with them all school year!”

  • Paint, Paint, and More Paint!

    Funded Feb 15, 2020

Thank you so much for your donations in order for my class to receive all new paint sets! With over 400 students sharing the same art supplies year after year, we tend to use up materials quickly. Your donations helped us get over 25 new sets of watercolors for all of my classes to use.

These quality watercolors sets have been use to create multiple projects with, as the quality and color choice is superior to any watercolor set that we had before! Now we have enough for each student in the class to have their own set while we work on projects. Before this donation, we had to share watercolors as we did not have enough for everyone in class to have their own. It is such a nice addition to our art class!

My students absolutely love using these watercolors sets and brushes, and I am sure they will be utilized many more times in our art classroom. Thank you again!”

  • New Supplies for a New School Year!

    Funded Jul 12, 2021

Thank you so much for your generous donations to my art classroom! My students were more than excited to receive new materials to create art with.

After the craziness and uncertainty of the last school year, it was nice to return to the classroom with brand new supplies for us to use right away. It was a great way to start our school year.

We have been using the new materials all year long to create unique works of art to display all around our school. We use Sharpies for almost every project that we create, so those were such an asset to our art class! We are currently starting on our portfolios for the end-of-the-year projects, so I am sure we will continue to use the supplies that we so graciously received from our donors!”

My students are always so excited to try out new ideas and materials in the art room, but unfortunately, we do not have access to all of the necessary supplies that could afford us those experiences together. As students coming from low-income homes, they have had very little interactions with art before, so materials like watercolor paper for creating landscapes, papier-mâché for 3D figures, markers for creating colorful designs, and felt fabric for exploring fiber arts would be so beneficial to their art experience and creative thinking. I feel that it is my duty to provide all 400 of my students with the best art experience that I can and one that they deserve. I chose these items specifically for my students and our art room. The classroom caddies will be extremely beneficial to help keep our classroom neat and organized, especially with over 400 students using similar materials every day, class after class. This organization tool will also help show students how important it is to respect and take care of our art materials so that we can get full use out of them. What may seem like simple, basic materials, such as Sharpie markers and tape, are things that are essential to so many different types of art projects, but are also things that we currently lack in our classroom. With the help of these basic materials, I can show them that the world of art is a wonderful, fascinating place that they can experience and strive in as well. These materials will be used by brand-new kindergarteners to students in middle school, soon to head off to high school. Letting them investigate and explore with these new materials would be an experience my students and I would never forget.
