There is nothing my students love more than when I read aloud to them and they get to discuss the book with their peers. Read-alouds are such an integral part of our daily reading workshop. Unfortunately, we have limited resources in our school and we need more books to read! My students need more books to read during classroom read-alouds and independent reading. They love reading and have read almost all of the books in our leveled library. A new set of books would help them to continue to develop their reading skills and open their minds up to a whole new world of imagination.
