Having a class set of Kindles in the classroom will allow for numerous opportunities in the school day for my students to engage in technology. Daily challenges can cause frustrations, whether minor or something much larger. In the classroom, we take those challenges and try to shape and mold them to provide ways of success each day. The Kindles are great learning tools that allow the students to actively participate in structured educational learning such as Starfall, Jacob's Lessons, and ABCYa. Using Kindles in the classroom, allows me to access all contents to reach my student's needs. We can incorporate their individual goals, morning work, group work, self-care "how-to" videos and MORE! This will also be a great tool for differentiating teaching and learning for the class. Some students do not have the motor skills to be able to maneuver the student laptop, so by incorporating the Kindles in the classroom, this allows success for all students.
