The document camera that I am requesting will become an integral part of my first grade classroom. My students work daily in cooperative teams as they encourage each other to complete their assignments. They are engaged and challenged as they peer edit their work. They realize that mistakes are proof that they’re trying, so they eagerly share their thoughts and work. My students push each other to be better. They are simply amazing! Now, how wonderful would it be for the children to be able to SEE their classmates’ work? With a document camera every child will be able to see, give input, and learn from both correct examples and mistakes. A wonderful, supportive learning environment will be made even stronger with your generous donation.
