  • Please Help us Get Back to Work

    Funded Jan 19, 2025

Thank You for Your Generous Support!

We are incredibly grateful for your support of our "Get Back to Work" project. Thanks to your donation, we were able to provide tablets to our scholars—an essential resource for many who don't have access to personal devices. Now, students no longer have to wait for someone else to finish in order to begin their work. Your gift has increased participation, boosted confidence, and helped create a more engaged, independent learning environment. Thank you for believing in our scholars!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Holden

  • I Can't Focus on an Empty Stomach

    Funded Dec 20, 2024

My scholars and I would like to say thank you so much for the snacks and water. Your generous donations have helped my scholars put something on their stomach so that they will not be so hungry until we make it to lunch or they go home and eat.

The scholars and I would like to let you know that your donation has helped make the days more enjoyable. Thanks to you, they have something to help stay focused on work without being hungry. A simple snack and a bottle of water makes a huge difference when you are hungry.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Holden

  • Snack'n & iPad'n for Education

    Funded Feb 12, 2024

I would like to take this time to thank you so much for your awesome donations. My students and I have so much gratitude and love for you that mere words can not properly express. Thank you for the iPad, chips, cookies, nuts, water, and etc... The children in my classes have really been enjoying everything.

It is so nice to be able to have a snack while working on our iPads and other devices. Many of the scholars here are at poverty level or below and can not buy this technology on their own so to have you donate this to us we are so very appreciative.

Once again thank you so much for your donations. They mean so much to us. We love you all!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Holden

  • Cop a Squat

    Funded Nov 24, 2022

My scholars and I would like to say thank you so much for funding our class project. The bean bag chairs are greatly appreciated. We use them almost every day during class in our research area. Thanks to your generosity; my scholars can sit, back plug in their device, and work while sitting in a nice comfortable area.

The scholars use this area to sit and research, read, or just to complete assignments. We greatly appreciate the addition to our class. The new sitting area is amazing and inviting. The scholars love it! As you can see.”

    Funded Nov 22, 2022

When the Snacks arrived my scholars were so excited. They really appreciated every single rice krispy treat, breakfast bar, can of pringles, fruit snack, and oreo cookie. It was such a blessing to receive the snacks.

We were able to truly lunch and learn. words can not accurately express our gratitude. However, Thank you so much. We really appreciate you kind gesture. Thank you so much for helping us to be able to lunch and learn. If it were not for you we would not have been able to eat snacks while we learned. For this, we are truly grateful.”

I guess you never know how blessed you are to just be able to get water out of the fountain. We've been struggling with our water for so long that its become part of the norm. It was truly a blessing to be able to just have a nice cold bottle of water. We are forever grateful for your generous donations. They meant everything to us.”

  • Can You Hear Me Now

    Funded Sep 30, 2018

On behalf of my students and me I would like to say thank you so much for funding our class project. The headphones are greatly appreciated. We use them almost every day during class to watch videos and for different school related activities. When there weren't enough head phones for each student to have his or her own set it made things a bit complicated. Thanks to your generosity I can just tell the students to log into the class website and they can watch the videos and answer the questions and complete the activities without disturbing other students in the class. It feels so great to have a pair of headphones at each computer; now the students are not arguing over who will get the head phones today.. thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! You are a real M.V.P.!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Holden

My students have to watch videos on our class website and we have different websites that read to the students who are struggling readers. Some of the earphone jacks don’t work on our computers. The USB ports do work that’s why we need headphones with USB. If we had these headphones to add with the 15 headphones that we already have we will have a classroom set and each student from my 6 classes will have the opportunity to have headphones and not have to wait on someone to finish using a set in order to complete their classroom assignments.
