I am hoping to create a substantial and rich audio library for my kindergarten students. Many of my students do not have access to varied literature outside of school. I believe that an inviting classroom library can have a tremendous, positive effect on student's self-esteem, desire to learn and imagination. "Reading is important, because if you can read, you can learn anything about everything and everything about anything." ~ Tomie DePaola Experience is sequential, the more access a child has to a literacy rich environment, the more likely they are to become successful, inquisitive learners.
