The equipment that is being requested will become an integral part of our PE program. We want to create a fitness center where our students can learn what it means to be physically fit while being able to use equipment such as, exercise bikes and rowers to gain experience with equipment they will use later on in life. Our vision is to use the bikes and rowing machines as a part of our daily fitness routine. Ultimately we want to build a fitness center where students build a knowledge base of different exercise equipment and how to use it so they can use that knowledge to live a healthy active lifestyle. As a PE coach I want to make sure my students a prepared and able live a healthy, active lifestyle and have fun while learning to do so. The equipment requested will help to create a dynamic hands on learning environment where our students will be excited to participate and learn which will develop a positive mindset towards exercise and fitness.
