    Thank you for your donation to our project, Readers are Leaders! With your donation, we were able to add many new books to our classroom library. Students have been so excited to read the new books and have eagerly asked to reread them many times.

    Many of the books have lessons incorporated in them including being kind to others, making connections with characters in the story, making good choices, and so many more. It was really exciting to see how much they have enjoyed reading new stories they have not read before and hearing their laughter throughout the text.

    So far, their favorite books have been Mr. Tiger Goes Wild and The Scariest Book in the Entire World (which really is not scary at all). The students really enjoy the story lines and finding the underlying message the author was trying to deliver.

    Through your generous donations, my students have gained exposure to new authors and stories that may not have been otherwise possible. Thank you for nurturing their love of reading.”

  • Headphones for Hard Working Students!

    Thank you so much for your donation to our classroom project for new headphones! Since our project was funded, we have received a class set of headphones for each homeroom to utilize. I selected headphones that were visually appealing to the students so they would remember to take special care of them. They love having this technology available to them so they can get the most out of their online resources. My classes also have developed a better sense of independence now that they have the necessary tools to take their learning into their own hands. We are so grateful for donors like you that made this a possibility!”
