Manipulatives, cleaning supplies, and materials for learning will hopefully provide a more exciting, safe, and accessible school year. Students are finally returning back to school in person and will be using these materials in the classroom. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Help me make my classroom safe, welcoming, and accessible to learning. There are different manipulatives in this project that will benefit the students in my classroom. Whiteboards are used regularly in the classroom and helps with check-ins on students' understanding. Having whiteboard erasers would be a helpful addition to our math lessons and activities. The playing cards will benefit my students with our unit on probability, fractions, and integers as they are used to solidify math content in an exciting and sometimes competitive way. The lead pencils, lead, and colored pens give students the opportunity to color code to better visually understand lessons and notes. The paper cutter will help me reduce the amount of paper used for paper activities and maximize space on their tables by reducing the size of materials they have in front of them. Finally, the poster will be a great addition to my classroom giving students access to visual representations of important math symbols. The TPT gift certificate will aid me in using pre-made teacher puzzles and activities that focus on math lesson practice, so I can focus on helping students understand their mistakes and make corrections rather than creating the resource itself.
