Class set of "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens
Funded Oct 31, 2019In the novel "A Christmas Carol," Ebenezer Scooge learns the importance of generosity and helping those less fortunate than himself. The happy irony is not lost on me that because of YOUR generosity, my students will learn the importance of helping others, especially those less fortunate than they are. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your kind donation. It is so very appreciated.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Wickham
Scrabble Club Needs Games!
Funded Jul 22, 2010I want to take this opportunity to send you my sincere thanks for your generous donation. Because of your donation, we were able to start our Scrabble Club. The club meets on Tuesday mornings before school starts. It is awesome to see these eager students come to school early so they can participate in Scrabble Club!
One thing that the students are especially excited about is our Scrabble Tournament. We have a bracket set up with Scrabble Club members' names, and they will play each other until we determine the Scrabble champion for our school. The winner will receive a special prize and will be recognized school-wide.
Again, I thank you for your generous donation!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Wickham
