  • Printer Supplies to Meet Student Special Needs

    Funded Mar 27, 2025

Thank you so much for helping to fund this project. The kids will be delighted with the new additions to our prize box! The tattoos will be specific to the students interest. The drum and ink cartridges will allow me and my paraprofessionals to print worksheets to student preference during free time as well as to print all the differentiation necessary to meet their individual needs.”

  • Gift of Differentiation

    Funded Feb 23, 2025

What a wonderful way to start the new year! I am so grateful for this wonderful gift. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will provide funding to differentiate materials for each of my students. In addition, creative activities can be found on the Teachers Pay Teachers website. Thank you for your support!”

  • A Holiday Gift for Students

    Funded Dec 17, 2024

This Holiday Gift project has given my students students an extraordinary memory! They came into the classroom in the morning and found gifts at each of their desk. "Where did these presents come from?" was the question asked. They were surprised that people would be generous enough to provide each of them with gifts!

As you can see from the pictures that I attached, the students were thrilled with their gifts. The "classic Jenga" was a big hit with the boys. The sketch books and package of colorful markers were perfect for my artistic girls. The board games, especially Monopoly and Life were popular as well!

Thank you again for sharing the Holiday Spirit with my students. I truly appreciate it - as well as all my students!

    Have a wonderful 2025!”

  • Necessities 2024

    Funded Sep 28, 2024

Thank you for your generous donation and support to our class. My students were extremely excited to open the packages to see what they were receiving.

The students new right away that some of these items would be in the price box for Fun Friday celebration. The Lorfancy Beaded Bracelets were exciting not only to the girls but to the boys! The Tuko Sticky Hands and Sticky Fingers were taken out of the individually wrapped packages and played with as soon as my students received them on Fun Friday. The chocolate as you can expect is always a big hit with middle schoolers!

The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card is a big gift for me to help differentiate lessons for my students. Many of the funds will be used for literacy reading comprehension materials for leveled text. Some of the students are working on various levels of sight words and will need materials for multi-sensory activities for class and homework. Students beginning to write will require sentence scrambles at the level of sight words.

The Fiskar scissors, glue and black/blue construction paper are always in limited supply so these will be a benefit to our class activities. There is nothing better than a quality Ticonderoga pencil to make writing neater and easier! Laminating sheets will preserve our multiple use materials.

Thank you again for your support!”

  • Differentiation for All Students

    Funded May 15, 2024

Thank you for your generosity of the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card. The TpT gift card allows me the opportunity to meet student needs.

This summer our program focused on the 2024 Olympics in Paris. The TpT gift card provided the funds to purchase reading comprehension materials and various levels. The topics ranged from the History of the Ancient and Modern Olympics, Olympic symbols, and a compare and contrast graphic organizer. Our class selected Romania as our country to represent. We were able to learn about the country of Romania with differentiated reading and writing activities, including Dracula who was from Transylvania, Romania! Students watched videos and read about the first gymnast to score a perfect 10, Nadia Comaneci!

    We truly appreciate your support!”

  • Something for Everyone!

    Funded May 14, 2024

My students and I appreciate your generous support. The donation went towards a variety of items that meet the needs of individual students.

Books are always in demand since we borrow a book each night from our classroom library for our reading log. The Nonfiction Sight Word Readers were unique because many times the beginner readers are fiction text. The students were happy to read about animals and different objects. The Dr Seus and Silly Willy are a great addition to the class library!

The Arteza Kids Play Dough has already provided lots of time to have creative fun as the students participate in social interaction with one another!

The storage bags and wipes are a necessity at the grade level and help students to have privacy.

The JA-RU Mini Noise Putty w/Plastic Containers was a fun addition to our Fun Friday gift box. The HP - 62XL provides the resource for printing coloring sheets and more importantly, differentiated classwork!”

  • Differentiation for All Students

    Funded Oct 12, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous gift of a Teachers Pay Teachers Gift Card. This is a donation and gift that keeps on giving to our class. Being in a specialized school with a class of students with intellectual disabilities an autism requires differentiation of reading, writing and math material. I have used the gift card to differentiate the general education curriculum that is being taught to my special needs students. I have been able to differentiate graphic organizers by providing the theme or claim and allowing students to identify the supporting details. In our descriptive writing unit, the graphic organizer provided the specific details in leveled text that the students would locate in planning their writing.

    Thank you again!”

  • Start the Year Off Right!

    Funded Sep 20, 2023

Thank you so much for your contribution to our class! The selection of candy bar mix has been a high interest reward for our class. Students enjoy the small piece as an end of day incentive to work towards and it provides them with choices that they will enjoy! Lego's has become an important part of our class. Students use the pamphlet that comes along with the set to create the toys, trains, flowers etc. At times students use their own imagination to create other interesting objects. Jenga has been a small group activity that the students brainstorm with another.

Again, thank you for your support.”

  • Classroom Basics

    Funded Jun 27, 2023

The donations to our class made our summer school program much more enjoyable. The Mars Chocolate Favorites Minis Milky Way Twix 3 Musketeers and Snickers Milk Chocolate Candy Bar 67.2 oz. and the Wrigley's Fun Size Candy Mix Assorted Flavors 22.7 oz. 80 Piece were a highlight of the students day as you can imagine. The chocolate was placed in a container and each child was able to select which candy they were motivated to work for during that day.

The Around the World Textile Paper and Roylco© Decorative Hues Paper - Pkg. of 192 - 5-1/2 in. x 8-1/2 in. were used for art projects throughout the Summer Arts program.

International Flags Punch-out Accents were not available and we ordered a set of quality adult scissors for use in the classroom.

    Thank you again!”

  • Printer Ink to Meet Students Needs

    Funded May 11, 2023

Thank you so much for the resource that you have supplied our classroom with. Classrooms do not have a printer supplied to them. I have been lucky enough to have had a Donors Choose project fulfilled in the past that provided me with the Brother printer. Having the opportunity to print as needed in the classroom is a benefit that not every classroom has. The Brother Genuine High-Yield Black Toner Cartridge Twin Pack TN660 will refill the classroom printer ink.

The ink is used to differentiate in the moment. Students that need additional resources or modifications can receive them in real time. Communications can be sent home on short notice. There are endless opportunities to use the Brother ink cartridge!

Thank you again for your support!”

The use of an easel with a whiteboard is a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. In math, students come to the easel during guided practice and to record modeled strategies. The whiteboards allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as, provide an easy place for them to show and share their work. My students will use the easel to be engaged in the lessons! Participating in the whole group lesson is important to check for understanding before allowing students to work independently. Allowing students to get up and show their understanding is a positive experience for my students. The easel can also display anchor charts for students to refer to as they work independently.
