Students learn best when they have some control over their environment. Flexible seating allows students to chose when to work , how to work and with whom to collaborate . Flexible seating encourages children to share space, supplies, and ideas.
They learn better when they have a chance to work together, discuss and share ideas. Flexible seating also allows students to bounce, lean, twirl, fidget and wobble. When they are given a choice of how and where to sit they are more comfortable and thus more focused and productive. Students are given group projects monthly. These flexible seats will allow students to meet in groups, collaborate and share their ideas while completing their group projects.
