    There are not enough words to express how thankful both myself, my paraprofessionals and my students are. My students are so excited for the new supplies they get to have, a

    notebook, pencils, cleaning supplies, tissues and paper towels. These supplies mean everything to them. In their classroom they will be prepared and not have to worry they didn't come in without supplies.

    My students were smiling ear to ear when they saw all the new supplies. They were saying, "are those really for us and they are free"? I was so happy to explain to them about the donors and how you want all of them to be successful in their learning environment.

    These supplies will be used to keep my students classroom clean and germ free. They will also provide a positive learning environment for them with the essentials they need for class.”

  • Help Make My Students a Pro By Using a MacBook

    Funded Mar 26, 2021

    This new technology is allowing students to do research about real-world situations involving the math they are learning. It is also allowing students to access the online math components of the program they are using for their math class.

    Having this new technology allows students to see what computers can do and how they can have access to the outside world and new technology out there in the real world.

    It also allowing my students to access their Google accounts and use their digital classrooms as a foundational tool.”

This project takes into account the basic needs for so many of my students. Many of them live in dire poverty. In the classroom, there are usually supplies available to them however they run out quickly. These supplies such as new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, paper and other supplies will allow my students to be successful in their classroom. Students know there are always supplies available when needed. This project will allow me to continue giving supplies to my students when needed. Most of my students are living in the most severe poverty. This project will also help students who don't have access to new supplies for their academic success. Being able to give my students endless school supplies will eliminate a lot of their anxiety. Basic needs are often overlooked when it comes to school. Students living in poverty typically have nothing. This project helps give them much-needed essential needs.
