Teaching at a Title I school is a little more of a challenge. Most students come from poverty and don’t have the means to buy books at home. I would like a corner in my classroom designated to provide a comfy area for my students to want to pick up a book and read. As reading is an essential part of education, I see more and more students not wanting to read. I feel if I set up a comfy corner in my classroom with pillows, wobble chairs, comfy floor seats, soft seats and books, students will want to read and therefore will help them in the long run.
