My little ones are enthusiastic about learning. Having iPads for my students will have a monumentally valuable by making the learning experiences come alive for all my students. I can provide a better individualize instruction to meet each student’s needs. iPads can offer portability, accessibility and flexibly for young children with autism, or learning disabilities. My students are motivated and eager to learn if use the right tools. I have noticed that with the one iPad that we have in the classroom my students are able to focus on their task for a longer period of time and as a result they are able to learn the content being taught. It is amazing how most children who use the iPad find that tapping and sliding motions are easier. My students love the iPads because they can take it to their seats, carpet or bring it to me or show what they have learned to a friend. It also helps my autistic students to stay calm, focus, and learn while on-the-go. iPads will help all my students to practice their phonics and math skills to help them succeed in school and help them feel confident with their achievements.
