My students demonstrate excitement and enthusiasm when they are introduced to classroom art projects. I would love to expose them to a new art project, which can include ceramics. As an art teacher, if I am given the opportunity to use clay, glazes and ceramic tools, that is why I am requesting these items. I will be able to teach them how to create a pinch, coil, and slab pottery. During the ceramic project I would focus on using the internet as a resource tool to teach the art of pottery making. After this ceramic introduction, students will be given the clay and clay tools to create their ceramic pottery. It is my objective for each student to perform this task on the highest level.
