The ways we will use these iPads are truly endless. My students want to video themselves creating marble ramps and other inventions. They want to explain how their designs work and post their videos to our class webpage. When they have a failed trial, they want to be able to watch over again where the flaw might be. Students want to use a green screen to create movies about books we've read and literature topics we've discussed. We have discussed ways we could connect with other classrooms across the state. They want to share their learning with their classmates by air playing from the iPads. With our WiFi we can also connect outside of the school walls. My students have asked to walk the school grounds and be able to take devices with them. I want to be able to teach the skills necessary to compete in this ever-growing technological world.
