  • Warmth, Health and Motivation to Work Hard

    Funded Jan 29, 2025

Thank you so much for fulfilling our project. All the supplies are greatly appreciated and needed. When I told the kids we were funded and they screamed for joy. They are so excited that they don’t need to share the pillows and can’t wait to win all the prizes. I told them we can’t eat all the snacks in one day but they will be happy with all the treats. Thank you so much for making my students happy and healthy.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Mazzarella

  • STEAM Refresh

    Funded May 12, 2020

Thank you so much for your donation. Your donation has helped my students to see the world of stem with the resources that were given to me. We have had lots of fun with them and will continue to use them for many school years. My students are always happy when we get new things in our classroom to explore and learn from.

The students love building and exploring the Stem world. They get very excited to see how things work and move. The project has helped us build our supplies and motivation to do our work in Stem. We appreciate the support to make our classroom great.”

  • Warmth, Care, and Hunger

    Funded Dec 7, 2023

Thank you so much for your donation. My students loved the blankets and snacks. They were so excited to open the boxes and wrap themselves up in the blankets. We even had a movie day with them and the snacks. I was even able to give a snack my picky eating student. He loved the animal cookies and even went home to tell his mom to get him more.

With the cold months approaching the students are able to stay warm at night knowing they have a blanket they can wrap themselves in. I have heard many of them say how every night they sleep with it smiling because it's the same one as their friends. The boys were super excited to name all the dinosaurs on the blanket. The snacks are great as rewards for reading and just having a great day. I love that I was able to give them choices and not the same old snack to choose from. Thank you for your kind heart and the smiles you were able to give my students.”

  • Reading Garden

    Funded Oct 21, 2019

I am very excited to use the benches. We have already started to allow students to sit on them at recess time or when they would like to just take a break. I can not wait for the summer and spring months to come so we can clean up the flowers allowing students to get out and read. The students are excited to be able to sit on the benches to read, write or just get out of the classroom. The benches are just the beginning of the butterfly reading space that I am trying to create for my students and students to come. Thank you for helping me with creating my vision.”

  • Small Spaces

    Funded Aug 5, 2019

Thank you for helping me reach my goal to get the tables. We are in the 2nd week of school and students are loving the area I have created for the Science curriculum. We are able to spread out and enjoy our group learning. The height of the tables is perfect for all the grade levels. We have created a great Science Lab for the students this year. I hope to keep adding to it for years to come with many more projects and furniture that we can grow with. Thank you from my students and family members for making this room possible.”

  • Garden Fun

    Funded Apr 4, 2019

Thank you for your donation. The resources are helping my students to be able to get out of the classroom and explore our garden space. Each year we are able to use the resources as we maintain our garden space and develop delicious produce for the students to try as they are able to be picked from our garden.

The students have been so excited to use the materials every time we enter the garden area. They are especially happy that we do not need to bring the materials from one building to the other since now we have a container for them to be in within our garden.

Each project I submit contributes to our Science world building fun for the students as they are growing and learning.”

  • Hands on Science Board Games

    Funded Jan 14, 2018

Thank you for contributing to our after school program Science board games. We have found many of the games to be so much fun we want more. We are challenging each other and playing nicely together. We are even bring them outside to play on the side walk in the nice weather we are having. The bigger kids are interacting with the younger students as well as choosing to play them rather then playing on the computer centers that are also apart of our after school program option. We even like playing with Ms. Mazz. She is competitive when it comes to some of the games. LOL”

  • Science Closet Organization

    Funded Apr 19, 2018

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You don't know how hard it is to be on a cart moving classroom to classroom. I try to stay as organized as I can with my closet of materials. I appreciate the materials you have given me. It is very helpful to be able to grab what I need when I need it. There have been many times I have even asked the kids to go get things. It makes it so much easier for me to tell them where it is and labeling is the best. Thank you for supporting us and our Science program. - Sincerely Camden's Pride Charter School”

  • Garden Tools

    Funded Apr 18, 2018

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your donation has contributed to our garden in so many ways. We were able to replace our old gloves that had holes in them as well as the tools that we use every time we are in the garden. The storage area has been a big help in keeping our tools safe in the garden. The water cans are helping us since there is no water system that we can water our garden at. We are having so much fun exploring our garden and growing the vegetables that we will be eating as soon as they grow. Thank you for everything. Sincerely Camden's Pride Charter School students.”

These board games will help my students interact with one another. The Science aspects of them will keep their minds thinking Science. The quick thinking of the games will help them with motor skills and cognitive skills that are essential for growing and maturing into well rounded students. I want to keep my students from always going for a computer and not hands on touching things. The different games will keep them occupied as well as help them to work together as teams with their social skills. The games are also beneficial for they will need to figure out how to play them and to use their resources to figure that out.
