These materials will give the students' athletes at the school better chances to strengthen their bodies to prepare for track and field competition. The medicine balls will help the core areas, while the ladders will increase speed and agility. The student-athletes will develop a good discipline training that will help them after leaving high school. They will be able to take activities learned from jumping rope and others in practice and continue using them later in life to help them stay in shape. Being able to give their best will increase the students' pride for the school's team and their health. The provided equipment will help the student-athletes achieve this goal.
